Wild Bill's Tobacco is seeking a dedicated Assistant Store Manager in Bellefontaine, OH to support the Store Manager across operations and sales. You will lead daily tasks, coach employees, and ensure an outstanding customer experience while driving profitability.

This development role is designed for individuals aiming to advance to a Retail Store Manager position, with opportunities to grow through hands-on leadership, training, and strategic initiatives.

Competenze

• > Must be 21 years or older.
• > Completion of high school degree.
• > Flexible to work weekends and holidays.
• > Flexible to work 12 hour shifts at times.
• > Standing for long periods of time.
• > Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
