Job summary

Bath & Body Works in Naples, FL is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager in developing outstanding associates and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will lead by example, coach teams, and drive sales goals while maintaining brand standards and store operations.

Responsibilities include hiring and developing talent, setting performance expectations, managing daily operations, scheduling, and ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Prior experience in a manager role, preferably in a retail setting.
• Ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture and provide in-the-moment coaching.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Set and reinforce clear performance expectations, results goals, and accountability with all associates.
• Responsible for leadership tasks as delegated by the Store Manager including acting as Manager on Duty.
• Partner with the Sales Leadership Team to support action plans and ensure effective execution of operations.
• Implement and sustain floorset direction to optimize the business and bring the product story to life.
• Perform opening and closing routines including bank deposits, shipments, and disseminating directives.
