Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with valid driver's license and transportation to bank deposits.
• Willing to open/close the store and possibly work alone at times.
• Able to stand and walk for long periods and lift 25–50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and guide their shopping experience.
• Sell shoes, apparel, and accessories to customers.
• Ring up sales, handle payments, and discounts.
• Help restock the sales floor.
• Keep the store neat and clean at all times.
• Assist the Store Manager with recruiting, hiring, and training.
• Coach and discipline the sales team as needed.
• Lead the team to ensure the best customer experience.
• Prepare deposits and make bank runs.
• Process freight and set new stock on the floor.
