Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Medina, OH. This part-time role supports store operations, customer service, and team development while ensuring a positive, safe, and productive environment for customers and associates.

You will assist with merchandise organization, daily tasks, and leadership duties under the Store Manager, contributing to a well-stocked sales floor and efficient store performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred or equivalent.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drugstore environment preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day store operations and activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Assist in organizing and stocking merchandise on the floor and back stock.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Support the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing store associates.
