Qualifications

• Must lift 30–50 lbs from floor to above shoulder height and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping and bending
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required
• Strong organizational and communication skills required
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills required

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise
• Receive and stock merchandise; unload trucks and replenish shelves
• Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable store environment
• Other duties as assigned
