Job summary

Miss A Stores Inc. is seeking a proactive Assistant Store Manager in Annapolis, MD to lead daily operations and deliver outstanding customer service. You’ll supervise staff, open and close the store, and ensure accurate merchandising while upholding store policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in Retail/Customer Service.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Flexible schedule and ability to work nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team and cover Store Manager when needed.
• Enforce Loss Prevention and Cash Handling policies.
• Identify customer needs and resolve conflicts professionally.
• Open and close the store; manage truck shipments.
• Merchandise displays and keep displays up to date.
