Applegreen USA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for a 7-Eleven location. You will help create an exceptional store experience, assist with daily operations, and lead a team to deliver excellent customer service.

Key duties include staff recruitment/training, inventory control, handling cash, and promoting store services to the community. This role is non-exempt and hourly with a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years retail experience preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and customer service skills.
• Ability to read and interpret operating procedures and manuals.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, efficient, and courteous customer service.
• Aid in maintaining a clean, customer friendly environment in the store.
• Ring customer sales on an electronic cash register.
• Receive cash from customers and give correct change.
• Perform regular cleaning and other tasks as assigned.
• Ensure adequate staffing levels and recruit/train staff.
• Develop vendor relations and maintain inventory controls.
• Promote 7-Eleven to guests and community; maximize sales and profits.
