Applegreen USA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for a 7-Eleven location. You will lead operations, supervise staff, and ensure excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 18+, a high school diploma or equivalent, and 1–2 years of retail experience. You will manage cash, inventory, and shift staffing while promoting the brand to customers and the community.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years retail experience.
• Proven leadership and customer service skills.
• Experience using P&L and store reports to drive change.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to read operating and maintenance instructions.
• Clear communication with customers and staff.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand and lift 20–50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, efficient, and courteous customer service.
• Maintain a clean, customer-friendly store environment.
• Ring up sales at the register and handle cash accurately.
• Participate in staffing, training, and development of team members.
• Build strong vendor relations and manage inventory levels.
• Promote 7-Eleven to guests and the community.
• Maximize store sales and profits and identify obstacles to growth.
• Ensure proper compliance with store policies and procedures.
