Sunglass Hut, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking an Assistant Manager II to lead daily store operations, coach associates, and uphold brand standards on the sales floor.

You will partner with the Store/Multi Store Manager, drive sales, recruit and develop talent, and ensure exceptional customer experiences through product knowledge and brand execution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of experience in retail or store operations.
• Detail-oriented with ability to execute operations.
• Demonstrates expertise in every aspect of store operation.

Responsabilités

• Uses company tools to deliver sales, coach associates, and achieve objectives.
• Provides coaching to associates to support growth and development on the sales floor.
• Recruits and interviews talent in partnership with Store/Multi Store Manager.
• Maintains customer relationships and consistently executes brand standards.
• Maintains store merchandising standards and stays current on product knowledge.
• Ensures clear communication of brand strategy, promotions, and incentives.
