Job summary

Sunglass Hut, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking an Assistant Manager II to lead daily store operations, coach associates, and drive sales on the shop floor. You will partner with the Store Manager to recruit talent, maintain merchandising standards, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You will uphold brand standards, foster a positive team culture, and ensure execution of promotions while growing customer relationships. This role is full-time and on-site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of retail experience.
• Expertise in all aspects of store operations.
• Detail-oriented with strong execution.
• Critical thinking to drive store performance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales plans and develop associates.
• Coach for growth and maintain an inspiring environment.
