Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• Minimum 1 year retail experience and 6 months supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong cash handling and accuracy required.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; operate cash register and scanner.
• Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.
• Assist Store Manager with scheduling employees, training, safety meetings, and policy compliance.
• Manage merchandise flow: receiving, stocking, restocking and displays per planograms.
• Maintain accurate inventory by controlling damages, markdowns, scanning, paperwork and controls.
• Ensure financial integrity through cashier accountability and deposits; sign for refunds/overrides.
• Assist in store management in the Store Manager's absence.
