Job summary

Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead store operations, drive sales, and uphold brand standards across our retail location. You will oversee scheduling, coaching, and day-to-day tasks to ensure a premier customer experience.

You’ll train and mentor associates, implement company directives, manage inventory controls, and maintain visuals while upholding our policies. This role reports to the Store Manager and supports daily store performance.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets while minimizing loss.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently without supervision.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty for scheduling, customer complaints, and operations.
• Train and develop store associates through programs and evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and inventory controls.
• Lead sales strategy to meet KPIs and drive performance.
• Open and close the store following standard procedures.
• Maintain store appearance and organize backroom for efficiency.
