Qualifications

• Two or more years of Store or Assistant Store Manager experience in a retail environment.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Ability to supervise, motivate and communicate positively to Associates.

Responsibilities

• Leads all Company Best Practices and maximizes productivity by minimizing steps and touches.
• Assists in analyzing store reports to evaluate controllable expenses and performance.
• Ensures scheduling of Associates to meet business objectives.
• Maintains compliance with State, Local and Federal regulations.
• Oversees safety programs and monthly safety meetings.
• Trains and develops non-exempt Associates and ensures policy compliance.
• Manages payroll administration and scheduling compliance.
• Directs customer service programs and merchandise presentation.
• Supervises Retail Associates across registers, service desks and sales floor.
• Maintains store brand standards and merchandising guidelines.
• Supports loss prevention and inventory processes.
