Responsibilities

• Delivers sales plan and develops associates.
• Coaches associates and creates an inspirational work environment.
• Acquires talent via recruiting and interviews with the Store Manager.
• Spends the majority of time on the sales floor.
• Maintains customer relationships using company tools.
• Ensures brand standards, merchandising, and product knowledge are up to date.
• Communicates brand strategy and promotions to the team.
