Job summary

Sunglass Hut, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking an Assistant Manager I to join our leadership team. You will partner with the Store/Multi Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, drive sales, coach associates, and uphold merchandising standards.

You'll recruit and interview talent, develop team capabilities, and focus on delivering customer excellence on the shop floor, while executing brand strategies and promotions. This role offers growth in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of experience in retail.
• Expertise in all aspects of store operations.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Strong critical thinking for execution of store operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations in partnership with Store/Multi Store Manager.
• Deliver sales plan and develop associates.
• Provide ongoing coaching and create an inspiring work environment.
• Acquire talent via networking and interviews with Store/Multi Store Manager.
• Communicate brand strategy and promotions to the team.
• Maintain merchandising standards and product knowledge.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed.
