Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in business or related field preferred.
• 6+ months of retail management experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class guest service and lead by example in store operations.
• Assist the Store Manager in scheduling, training, and supervising Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders.
• Ensure Omni-Channel orders are fulfilled and processed accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-merchandised store environment.
• Monitor inventory, shrink, and loss prevention practices.
• Support promotional events and loyalty programs to drive sales.
