Job summary

GameStop Corp. in Allentown, PA is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager (Store 2738) to support the Store Manager in all facets of store operations.

You will lead guest service initiatives, supervise Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders, and ensure a clean, organized shopping environment while driving sales and loyalty. This role requires strong communication, teamwork, and a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 6 months of retail management experience preferred.
• At least 2 years of retail sales, guest service, and/or management experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class guest service and greet guests promptly.
• Assist Store Manager with setting service expectations and training staff.
• Schedule associates and supervise in Store Manager's absence.
• Oversee inventory, POS transactions, and cash handling.
• Ensure store is clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Support Omni-Channel orders fulfillment and daily operations.
