Job summary

GameStop Corp. in Johnstown, PA is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager with daily operations, guest service, and sales initiatives.

You will supervise Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders, ensure store standards, and help drive loyalty by delivering exceptional gaming experiences. In this role, you will process transactions, manage the guest experience, and collaborate with the team to meet sales targets while maintaining a safe, organized, and welcoming

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Retail management experience is preferred.
• Video game knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and drive best-in-class guest service during all transactions.
• Supervise Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders in the Store Manager's absence.
• Oversee store operations, inventory, and loss prevention practices.
• Ensure Omni-Channel orders are fulfilled and customer experiences are consistent.
