We are looking for outgoing, energetic positive leaders to accurately represent our brand, develop sales teams with a focus on increasing profits, and enhance customer and employee satisfaction.

Individuals in this position will complete a comprehensive training program to prepare for a management role.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain store staff by recruiting, selecting, and orienting employees.
  • Meet sales goals and performance criteria by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to sales staff, including coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees.
  • Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.
  • Achieve financial objectives through effective monitoring of expenses such as labor, cost of sales, and other expenses.
  • Maintain store stability and reputation by complying with all legal requirements.
  • Manage and assign tasks to ensure the store is clean, stocked, organized, well-kept, and customer-ready.
  • Establish rapport with customers to build loyalty and long-term relationships.
  • Create a positive, motivating, team-based environment.
  • Investigate and resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.
  • Analyze daily sales and expenses, and perform financial analysis to maximize sales and profits.
  • Safeguard and account for all received money and handle banking requirements.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven experience in retail/customer service environment.
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
  • Ability to influence others effectively.
  • Ability to stand, bend, and walk for long periods (7+ hours per day).
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
  • Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
