We are looking for outgoing, energetic, positive leaders to accurately represent our brand, develop sales teams with a focus on increasing profits, and enhance both customer and employee satisfaction.

Individuals in this position will complete a comprehensive training program to prepare for a management role.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain store staff by recruiting, selecting, and orienting employees
  • Meet sales goals and performance criteria by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to sales staff, including coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees
  • Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results
  • Achieve financial objectives through monitoring expenses such as labor, cost of sales, and other costs
  • Maintain store stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements
  • Manage and assign tasks to ensure the store is clean, stocked, organized, and customer-ready
  • Build rapport with customers to foster loyalty and long-term relationships
  • Create a positive, motivating, team-based environment
  • Investigate and resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly
  • Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize sales and profits
  • Safeguard and manage all received money and banking requirements
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven experience in retail/customer service
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience
  • Ability to influence others effectively
  • Ability to stand, bend, and walk for 7+ hours daily
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds without assistance
  • Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends
