We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to maintain high energy, positive environment, and drive store performance. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, leading by example, maintaining cleanliness, setting team goals, coaching staff, managing inventory, generating sales reports, and assisting with revenue and expense control. The role requires working nights and weekends, with a schedule of approximately 40-45 hours per week.

Preferred qualifications include college education and management or sales experience, effective communication skills, and leadership qualities. Physical requirements involve standing for long periods, handling scents, lifting up to 50 lbs, and performing cleaning tasks.
