The Vitamin Shoppe is seeking engaged, energetic Assistant Store Managers to lead a team of high-performing Health Enthusiasts (that’s what we call our team members).

Responsibilities

  1. Support the Store Manager by executing store operations with excellence.
  2. Achieve and surpass daily sales and productivity goals, supporting others to do the same.
  3. Assist in recruiting and developing top talent.
  4. Build external community relationships to help grow sales.
  5. Lead with integrity and accountability.
  6. Promote continuous education through company training initiatives and ongoing learning activities.
  7. Ensure store maintenance, follow loss prevention standards, process receipts promptly, and keep shelves stocked and correctly priced.
  8. Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
  • Flexibility to work holidays, weekends, and various locations based on business needs.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • 3-5 years of retail experience.
  • Retail management experience is preferred.
