Responsibilities

• Receiving, unpacking, stocking, rotating, and displaying merchandise to ensure an appealing store presentation.
• Restocking returned items and managing inventory levels through proper ordering and stock control practices.
• Assisting with opening/closing duties, including cash handling, deposits, and refunds/overrides.
• Support store management with scheduling, payroll entry, and maintaining financial integrity and security procedures.
• Implementing plan-o-gram layouts, signage, and fixtures to meet presentation standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and ensure compliance with food handling and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service and enforce policies and procedures.
• Operate cash registers and scanners, assist with stock staging and transportation.

• Receiving, unpacking, stocking, rotating, and displaying merchandise to ensure an appealing store presentation.
• Restocking returned and recovered items, and managing inventory levels through proper ordering and stock control practices.
• Assisting with store opening and closing duties, including cash handling, deposits, and authorizing refunds and overrides.
• Supporting store management in scheduling, payroll entry, and maintaining financial integrity and security procedures.
• Implementing plan-o-gram layouts, signage, and merchandise fixtures to meet presentation standards.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment, conducting safety meetings, and ensuring compliance with food handling and safety regulations.
• Providing excellent customer service and ensuring employee adherence to policies and procedures.
• Operating cash registers, scanners, and assisting with stock staging, storage, and transportation of merchandise.

Qualifications And Skills

• Ability to handle physical tasks including frequent lifting (up to 55 pounds), bending, stooping, and climbing.
• Strong organizational and inventory management skills.

• Ability to operate various equipment and tools safely.
• Flexibility to assist in various store functions and support management as needed.
