Guillory Oil Co Inc in Ville Platte, LA is seeking a motivated Assistant Store Manager to help lead our retail store team and deliver exceptional customer service while driving sales growth.

You will assist the store manager in daily operations, supervise staff, ensure policy compliance, manage schedules, and maintain a clean, professional, and safe store environment with a flexible work availability including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the manager in day-to-day store operations, including training and supervising store employees.
• Assisting store manager in controlling all controllable expenses including labor, inventory levels, cash, money orders, lottery, inventory controls and shortages.
• Maintaining all policies such as uniform, cash, food safety etc.
• Maintaining a clean store image and professional and friendly workplace.
• Work schedule includes mornings, days and evenings, with flexibility for weekends.

**Overview:**

We are seeking a motivated Assistant Store Manager to help lead our retail store team alongside our store manager while providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

**Duties:**

Assisting the manager in day-to-day store operations, including training and supervising store employees.

Assisting store manager in controlling all controllable expenses including labor, inventory levels, cash, money orders, lottery, inventory controls and shortages.

Maintaining all policies such as uniform, cash, food safety etc.

Maintaining a clean store image and professional and friendly workplace
