Job summary

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed store and personal sales goals and standards of performance.
• Assist in recruiting and hiring of high caliber employees for in-store needs.
• Assist in training and developing a successful sales team.
• Provide feedback, coaching, and accountability to all employees by enforcing company policies.
• Ensure that all company initiatives are properly implemented and aligned with company direction.
• Recognize talented staff and develop them for growth within the company.
• Supervise and manage all aspects of daily store operations in the absence of Store Manager and Manager In Training.
• Supervise loss prevention practices in the absence of Store Manager and Manager In Training.
• Communicate store needs effectively to Store Manager and Manager In Training.
• Resolve customer issues effectively and provide a fun, full-service experience.
• Understand Journeys culture and demonstrate it to the team.
• Maintain excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Show willingness to learn and adapt to store procedures.
