Liquidity Services Inc. in Columbus, OH, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for Retail Rush to assist the Retail Store Manager in daily storefront operations, managing inventory flow from online auctions to customer pickups, and ensuring fast, accurate, customer-focused service.

You will supervise 1–2 Team Leads and 20+ Warehouse Specialists, train staff, and coordinate with the online auction team to support seamless fulfillment, inventory control, and timely pickups.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of management experience in retail, logistics, or e‑commerce operations.
• Experience in fast-paced, customer-facing environments is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily storefront operations, including customer pickups and order flow.
• Supervise, train, coach, and motivate associates for accurate, friendly service.
• Coordinate with online auctions to support fulfillment, inventory control, and pickups.
• Handle escalated issues and resolve conflicts with the Retail Store Manager as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe storefront aligned with standards.
• Support scheduling and staffing for high-volume periods and changing needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and implement best practices.
