Job summary

Domino's Team BAM! in Dallas is seeking a proactive candidate to provide managerial support to the General Manager, ensuring adherence to operating standards and efficient store performance. You will help supervise staff, participate in hiring, and oversee daily store operations.

The role emphasizes developing strong teams, maintaining cleanliness and inventory control, and handling on-the-job training. This is a full-time position with growth opportunities within a fast-paced franchise

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Full-Time work availability.
• Previous management and/or quick service restaurant experience is a plus!
• Be able to work with minimal supervision
• Be able to motivate and build solid, cohesive teams
• Have strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide managerial assistance to the store's General Manager in running and implementing operating standards
• Counting inventory and supplies
• Ensure facility and equipment cleanliness based on company standards
• Efficient employee supervision
• Interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new team members
• Cleaning and maintenance of the store and its equipment
• Rotating commissary deliveries
• Other job duties, as needed
