Job summary

Domino's Team BAM! in Irving, TX is seeking a friendly, motivated individual to assist the General Manager in running the store to the company standards. This full-time role offers hands-on leadership and opportunities for advancement.

The candidate will supervise staff, interview and onboard new team members, manage inventory, maintain cleanliness, and ensure efficient operations to deliver great customer service daily.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Full-Time availability.
• Previous management or quick service restaurant experience is a plus.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Able to motivate and build cohesive teams.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide managerial assistance to the store's General Manager in running and implementing operating standards.
• Counting inventory and supplies.
• Ensure facility and equipment cleanliness based on company standards.
• Efficient employee supervision.
• Interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new team members.
• Cleaning and maintenance of the store and its equipment.
• Rotating commissary deliveries.
• Other job duties, as needed.
