Job summary

Journeys in Asheville, NC seeks a driven Co-Manager in training to support store operations and sales leadership. You will assist the Store Manager and Manager In Training in recruiting, training, and coaching a high-performing team while protecting company assets and meeting sales goals.

You will work with a passionate team in a vibrant, youth-focused retail setting, with opportunities for advancement and a strong benefits package including employee discounts.

• Age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed store and personal sales goals.
• Assist in recruiting and hiring of high caliber employees.
