Genuine Parts Company seeks an Assistant Store Manager in Cincinnati to support the Store Manager across all store functions while maintaining active customer-facing sales responsibilities. This position includes overseeing counter sales, inventory/receiving, delivery coordination, and housekeeping to ensure continuity and standards.

The role involves coaching team members, monitoring progress, and stepping in as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive retail or similar industry.
• Willingness to learn all things automotive.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage inventory and store operations.

Responsabilités

• Partner daily with Store Manager on operations, sales execution, inventory health, labor/scheduling alignment, and team performance.
• Active selling and building customer relationships across retail and wholesale channels.
• Model expected behaviors, processes, and customer standards.
• Oversee opening/closing routines and basic P&L awareness items.
• Provide leadership, training and performance management for store functions as needed.
