WHBM in Charlotte, NC is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in leading the team and delivering a memorable, personalized customer experience. This role emphasizes hospitality, community engagement, and a seamless omni-channel approach.

You will help build and coach the team, drive sales, and maintain brand standards while ensuring efficient store operations and a welcoming environment for associates and customers alike.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• 3 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Team player with ownership and initiative.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products and lift up to 50 pounds.
