Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager who blends business strategy, operations, creativity, and people leadership to drive sales and deliver best-in-class customer service.

You will oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing routines, and guide efficiency in all store processes. You’ll lead talent, recruiting and training, while leveraging floorset updates, styling, and product knowledge to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Supervise salesfloor and stockroom for customer service and smooth operations.
• Staffing, scheduling and payroll management.
• Train and develop non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reports to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and conduct inventory control.
• Operate POS systems.
• Fulfill OMNI channel orders.
• Represent the brand and embody company culture and values.
