Michael Kors in Aurora, IL is seeking an Assistant Manager to drive an elevated customer experience and lead store operations. You will coach the team on styling, trends, and sales techniques while fostering lasting client relationships and a seamless Omni channel shopping experience.

The role requires 3+ years in retail management, strong English communication, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays in a fast-paced environment.

• 3+ years of relevant retail management experience.
• Proficiency in reading, speaking and writing in English.
• Authorization to work for any employer in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Ability to meet store scheduling and availability expectations, including weekends and holidays.
