Job summary

Sunglass Hut in New York is seeking an Assistant Manager I to join our leadership team. You will partner with the Store/Multi Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, including selling, coaching, merchandising, talent acquisition and retail excellence.

You will spend a majority of time on the sales floor, building customer relationships and ensuring brand standards, promotions, and incentives are executed. A 1+ year leadership/retail background and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Demonstrates expertise in every aspect of store operation.
• Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking to execute store tasks.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes tools to deliver sales plans and develop associates.
• Uses reporting to identify gaps and capitalize on successes.
