EssilorLuxottica's Sunglass Hut is seeking an Assistant Manager I to lead daily store operations, coach staff, and drive sales. You will partner with the Store Manager to oversee merchandising, recruiting, and retail excellence on the sales floor.

The role emphasizes customer service, talent development, and brand standards, with opportunities to grow within a dynamic, inclusive retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in retail leadership.
• Detail-oriented and able to deliver precise execution.
• Strong understanding of store operations and customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes all company tools to deliver sales plan, develop associates and achieve company objectives.
• Provides ongoing coaching for all associates to support growth and create an inspiring work environment.
• Acquires talent through networking and interviewing in partnership with the Store/Multi Store Manager.
• Maintains store merchandising standards and ensures brand standards are consistently applied.
• Stays current on product knowledge using company learning tools.
