Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; ability to interpret directives.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical store duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Follow corporate directives and maintain displays and promotions.
• Support ordering, damaged merchandise, payroll, scheduling, and cash handling.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked store areas and secure store assets.
• Ensure safety and policy compliance; supervise and train store associates.
• Foster a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
