L.N. Curtis & Sons seeks an experienced store operations leader to assist in managing branch activities and staff.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service and efficient operations in the Emergency Responder Equipment market, with a focus on sales performance and staff development. Responsibilities include overseeing sales, training personnel, maintaining showroom readiness, and coordinating with customers and employees to ensure top-tier service.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent; strong leadership and communication skills.
• Minimum two years of personnel management experience preferred.
• Sales/marketing exposure is a plus; ability to learn and train staff.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in managing the overall operation of the branch and all assigned staff.
• Help oversee all matters regarding store sales and operations; monitor every transaction.
• Assist in recruiting and training new personnel; set standards for customer satisfaction and handling escalated concerns.
• Support customers in our stores and maintain showroom stock.
• Educate customers on new and promotional products; perform accurate order entry.
• Learn and understand all product offerings and complete daily work diligently.
• Promote a value-added attitude and proactive issue resolution.
• Maintain a team-focused environment and positive attitude.
• Other duties as assigned by management to support company mission and goals.
