Family Dollar is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service and team development. You will assist with daily store functions, supervise associates, and help maintain displays to ensure the store presents a clean, well-organized appearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom to sales floor and maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process directives and communications related to store activities.
• Maintain promotional fixtures and displays for effectiveness.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged goods, record keeping and loss prevention.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked sales floor and organized stockroom.
