Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must 18 years of age or older
• Minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
• At least 1+ year(s) prior management experience preferred
• Ability to lead or support a team of associates to meet business objectives
• Can effectively communicate with team and management
• Must have scheduling availability to meet the needs of the business
• Cosmetology license desirable, but not required

Responsibilities

• Brand: supervise and plan associates' daily goals and activities to deliver an exceptional client experience and maximize sales/KPIs.
• People: train and develop teams, recruit to build a network of candidates, coach or counsel, communicate with AM/DM, foster inclusion.
• Operations: ensure execution of company processes and Omni-channel fulfillment, manage inventory and payroll hours, ensure opening/closing procedures, follow company directives.
• Safety/Loss Prevention: maintain safe store environment, protect assets, follow inventory and cash control procedures, comply with HazMat training.
