Job summary

Dollar Tree in Hagerstown, MD is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, customer service, and team development. You will assist with opening/closing, stock replenishment, and ensuring merchandise is organized and displayed to standard.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Store management experience in retail or similar environment preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
