Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in retail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to listen actively.
• Proven ability to drive sales and deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Experience guiding and training staff to meet brand standards.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Store Manager to achieve sales objectives and implement sales strategies.
• Support the team to reach commercial targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist customers with product information and suggest complementary items to up-sell.
• Build strong customer relationships through personalized experiences and CRM-driven segmentation.
• Oversee staffing, training, and store presentation to reflect brand image and SOPs.
• Act as a brand ambassador and convey Golden Goose heritage to staff and customers.
