Job summary

Golden Goose is expanding its Las Vegas store team and seeks a Store Manager to lead the team with a customer-first mindset. You will report to the Retail Regional Manager and drive commercial results while embodying the brand values of familiarity, positivity, respect, and quality.

In this role you will oversee daily operations, staff development, and in-store merchandising, ensuring exceptional client experiences and seamless omni-channel execution.

Qualifications

• Fluency in local language.
• Sales background in retail, similar role.
• Minimum of 5 years management experience in retail.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Problem solving and decision-making abilities.
• Team player with collaborative spirit.
• Efficient time management and prioritization.
• Willingness to work varied hours, nights, weekends, holidays.
• Willingness to travel for specific missions or support.

Responsibilities

• Manage store targets by monitoring sales performance and KPIs.
• Lead and develop the team to achieve commercial targets and uphold brand standards.
• Drive upselling, cross-selling and client experiences with co-creation services.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction.
• Oversee staffing with Regional Manager and HR to meet standards.
• Ensure store presentation, merchandising and SOP compliance.
• Promote omni-channel sales using available tools and technology.
