Job summary

Golden Goose is seeking a Store Manager to lead the Denver store team and deliver an elevated customer experience while upholding brand values.

The role reports to the Retail Regional Manager and requires a strong track record in retail leadership, excellent communication, and a passion for building lasting customer relationships. You will drive sales, mentor staff, and ensure store presentation and SOP adherence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years management experience in retail.
• Fluency in local language; additional languages are a plus.
• Sales background in retail in a similar role.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to listen and engage.
• Ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.
• Availability for varied hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to travel for specific missions or support.

Responsibilities

• Manage store targets by monitoring sales performances and KPIs with the Regional Manager.
• Lead the team to achieve commercial targets and maintain brand standards.
• Oversee in-store merchandising and up-selling/cross-selling activities.
• Drive omni-channel sales using available tools and technology.
• Build relationships with the local community and recruit new customers.
• Ensure SOP adherence and proper store presentation aligned with brand image.
• Plan daily and weekly store briefings and support onboarding of new staff.
