Job summary

Mejuri is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in the United States to deliver exceptional retail experiences and support the store leadership team in day-to-day operations. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will help oversee performance, drive sales, and ensure customers receive outstanding service.

You will partner with leadership across operations, inventory, and merchandising, helping the team meet KPIs such as customer retention, conversion, and NPS.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a high-volume retail team.
• Strong customer service standards and frontline coaching.
• Ability to manage inventory, merchandising and store operations.
• Proven track record of achieving KPIs and delivering great customer experiences.
