Job summary

Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Eunice, LA to support daily store operations, enhance customer service, and develop team members.

You will assist with merchandising, stockroom and sales floor organization, and help with payroll and scheduling responsibilities. The role also involves opening/closing procedures, adhering to company policies, and maintaining a safe, clean, and well-stocked store environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day store operations and functions.
• Provide positive customer service and address questions or concerns.
• Help organize merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process directives and communications related to store activities.
• Maintain store displays and promotional effectiveness.
• Assist in ordering, handling damaged goods, payroll, scheduling, and cash handling.
