Job summary

Tecovas is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager in The Woodlands, TX to lead a high-performing team and ensure a profitable, customer-centric store environment. You will support store operations, product flow, training, and visual merchandising to deliver a premium in-store experience.

You will recruit, coach, and develop talent; manage duties from customer service to loss prevention; drive KPI results and maintain brand standards while working closely with store leadership and HQ.

Qualifications

• 3+ years Retail Management experience.
• Exceptional leadership, selling, and customer service skills.
• Strong merchant skills and a history of delivering financial results.
• Proven record of hiring and developing great talent.
• Experienced in coaching, counseling & conflict resolution.
• Utmost character, honesty, and transparency.

Responsibilities

• CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE: Cultivates genuine customer connection; delivers premium service; supports omni-channel processes.
• LEADERSHIP & TEAM MANAGEMENT: Assists in recruiting, coaching, and retaining top talent; coaches team members in real time.
• TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT: Delivers in-person training; coordinates with HQ Retail Training for ongoing programs.
• VISUAL MERCHANDISING: Maintains VM standards; supports product launches; ensures store presentation is current.
• BUSINESS OPERATIONS: Manages shipments, losses prevention, and set objectives for consistent store experience.
