Qualifications

• Experience in retail environment, preferably footwear/apparel.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in controlling store assets.
• Establish action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• In the manager's absence, assume store responsibility.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and evaluating store personnel.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Direct staff to meet department responsibilities and standards.
• Keep Store Manager informed about inventory movement and customer trends.
• Maintain high quality customer service as per manuals.
• Perform general administrative duties as needed and trained in Store Manager responsibilities.
• Deliver exceptional customer service per the customer service manual, assist customers entering and during peak periods.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise offered by Hibbett I City Gear.
• Uphold all company policies and procedures as listed in manuals and memos.
• Protect assets and financial information by enforcing internal control procedures.
