Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Store Manager in Seattle, WA to lead store operations and drive financial performance while upholding the brand’s heritage. You will direct staff, set hiring decisions, coach the team, and ensure excellent customer service and visual presentation to tell our story.

Responsibilities include payroll planning, inventory control, training, and maintaining store standards in line with LS&Co policies while achieving growth and sustaining brand equity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (5+ years retail work experience may be substituted for a degree).
• Minimum 3 years experience in retail store management position managing and coaching sales associates.
• Apparel experience.

Responsibilities

• Guide profitable sales and meet store financial plans through decisions and leading the store team to accomplish performance goals (Conversion, Units Per Transaction and Sales Per Hour).
• Recruit and hire, pay and terminate decisions for all levels of store personnel including store management.
• Manage training for new hires on LS&Co culture, product knowledge, selling practices and associate responsibilities.
