Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Brand Advocates to deliver best-in-class customer experiences.
• Manage daily store operations, opening/closing, and staffing.
• Partner with Store Manager to recruit, hire, and onboard new talent.
• Monitor KPIs and coach the team to exceed sales goals.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and stock replenishment.
• Uphold company policies and standards while driving profitability.
