Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development at our Timonium, MD location. Qualifications

• Ability to read, interpret, and explain operational directives (e.g., merchandise schematics)
• Demonstrated store management or supervisory experience in retail environments preferred
• Able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical duties frequently

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed
• Maintain promotional fixtures and displays to ensure effectiveness
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged goods, and handling payroll, scheduling, and cash deposits
• Supervise and develop Store Associates, maintaining a positive environment
